**About the team**:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing various marketing initiatives, including social media marketing, brand marketing, and product marketing. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement branding strategies that enhance brand visibility and recognition.
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Manage and curate content for social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand presence and engaging with the online community.
- Support the product marketing team in crafting compelling messaging and positioning for financial products.
- Participate in market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and market trends.
- Contribute to the organization of promotional events and activities to promote the brand and its offerings.
- Execute Twitter spaces, Instagram live, Masterclasses.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and assist in generating reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, brand marketing, and product marketing.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Understanding of financial instruments and capital market will be preferred
- Willingness to learn about capital market, financial instruments and market trends.
- 0-1 year of experience in marketing, branding, social media, or product marketing is desirable but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply
- A proactive and can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
