Associate - Marketing (India)

Elevate is recruiting an **Associate** for our Marketing team. As an Associate you will be leading our paid lead generation efforts through PPC campaigns via Google Ads and associated with digital platforms.

**Specifically, the Associate will**:

- Strategically plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads to generate high-quality leads for the brand.
- Build, launch, and refine campaigns using keyword targeting, audience segmentation, device targeting, ad extensions, and negative keyword lists.
- Write engaging and high-performing ad copies in collaboration with the creative team; use data to influence creative iterations.
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to ensure optimal ROI and ROAS. Forecast performance and track KPIs.
- Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Firebase, and Google Data Studio to generate weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights.
- Leverage Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and Firebase to study user journeys, heatmaps, scroll maps, and identify conversion opportunities.
- Continuously test and optimize ad variations, landing pages, and CTAs to improve performance metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Ensure campaign tracking accuracy, implement custom events, and troubleshoot pixel or conversion tracking issues.
- Keep pace with new features, algorithm changes, and emerging tools within the Google ecosystem and digital marketing space.
- Deep knowledge of keyword planning, intent analysis, and competition benchmarking.
- Multi-platform campaign execution (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, preferred).
- Competency in manual and automated bid strategies and ROI-centric budget planning.
- Experience running structured experiments across campaign variables.
- Basic understanding of HTML, website behaviour, and pixel integrations.
- Use of AI-driven insights and campaign types (Smart Campaigns, Performance Max, etc.).

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a performance marketing or SEM-focused role.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduation
- Marketing degree will be preferred
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a strong plus.
