Associate - Marketing (India)

Elevate is recruiting for a Marketing Communication Associate to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with Elevate global sales and marketing teams and business leaders. The role is key to ensuring the planning, management and execution of focused and effective marketing campaigns, newsletters and mailings. This is a high-visibility role involving regular collaboration and communication with sales and marketing leadership. This role comes with great potential to grow as a professional and we are looking for someone with a willingness to learn and make a mark.

**Specifically, the Associate
- Marketing will**
- Provide support in the end-to-end management of Marketo.
- Work with the Marketing leadership and the sales operation teams to help plan, set up and execute campaigns and mailings through Marketo.
- Assist the Marketo administrator in ensuring that Marketo is available and execute the necessary technical and function administration tasks.
- Ensure that the necessary set-up and processes are in place for the integration between Marketo and SFDC and that the data flow between Marketo and SFDC is correctly set up and managed.

**Skills for success**
- Experience in a Marketing or Sales Operations team and collaborating with colleagues spread globally.
- A good basic level understanding of Marketing automation tools like Marketo and HubSpot.
- Some degree of experience in generating analytics reports for assessing the performance of campaigns and mailings.
- A good working knowledge of SFDC is desirable.
- Good English language business writing and grammar skills.
- Marketing communications and messaging experience will be a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under challenging deadlines.
- Comfortable in working and collaborating with senior-level executives.
- Open to working in flexible timings to provide coverage and support to colleagues in the U.S. and U.K.

**Experience**
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Marketing or Sales Operations team.
- Experience in Marketing automation tools like Marketo and HubSpot.

- Any bachelor’s degree
