**Position**: IT - Technical Recruiter (Domestic Recruiter)
**Experience**: 2 - 3 Years
**Salary**: max 40k CTC/ Month
**Job Location**: Bangalore (Hybrid)
**No of Openings**: 20
- **No US/UK Recruitment**:

- Perform End to End Recruitment.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives - Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Solid connect with the Joiner pipeline to minimize leakages and ensure high onboard ratio
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,500.00 per month
