Operators

The Manufacturing Helper assists in the daily operations of the production floor by supporting the assembly, packaging, and maintenance of equipment and materials. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow safety protocols, and a willingness to learn various tasks related to the manufacturing process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in setting up and operating manufacturing equipment and machines.
- Help with assembly and production tasks on the production line.
- Monitor the quality of materials and products during production to ensure standards are met.
- Ensure that production materials are available and properly stocked.
- Transport materials, tools, and finished products to various areas within the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of materials and tools.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions or production issues under the supervision of the team.
- Perform general maintenance or repairs on production equipment, if trained.
- Help with inventory management, labeling, and packaging of finished products.
- Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of machinery, tools, and production areas.
- Report any safety or operational issues to supervisors promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to operate hand tools and machinery, or willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Standing for long periods, bending, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures or conditions, depending on the manufacturing environment.

**Work Environment**:

- Manufacturing plant or factory floor.
- May involve exposure to loud machinery, moving parts, and hazardous materials (safety equipment provided).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
