Job Title : Site Supervisor

Job Location : Onsite

Salary : 20000-25000 per month

Roles & Resposibilities:

- Overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Managing construction staff and providing job site leadership and direction.
- Inspecting work to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and deliveries.
- Communicating project progress to senior management and clients.

Qualification Required:

- A relevant diploma or degree in construction management, civil engineering, / ITI / B.Tech (Engg)
- Proven experience in construction supervision or a similar role in Medical Gas Pipeline Installation Or Modular Operation Theater.
- Familiarity with construction industry standards, regulations, and codes.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.

Skills Required:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving capacity and decision-making prowess.
- Attention to detail and ability to organize efficiently.
- Technical proficiency to read blueprints and technical documents.

Must be willing to travel as this job requires frequent travelling.
