**Job description**

We are looking for a **Site Supervisor** who will oversee the construction activities at various project sites, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards and adherence to project specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise all construction activities on-site, such as excavation, foundation, framing, finishing work, etc.
- Ensure that all work meets the firm's quality standards and specifications, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects progress smoothly.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and preventing cost overruns.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the project team, subcontractors, and architects, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Identify and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the construction process, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with diverse teams.
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards under tight deadlines.

**Job Type**: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
