As a **Site Supervisor**, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day site activities, ensuring project execution aligns with quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee construction activities on-site for residential projects.
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and laborers for smooth project progress.
- Monitor the quality of work, materials, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain project timelines, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections and resolve any on-site issues or delays.
- Report daily progress to project managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and company guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2-3 years** of experience as a **Site Supervisor** in **residential construction projects**.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and project plans.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in maintaining site reports and documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
