**Job Description**:
Hi,

We are recruiting for the following requirement.

**Skill:Oracle HCM**

**Exp: 4-6yrs**

**Location:Bangalore**

**Responsibility -**
- Functional expertise with Oracle Cloud Workforce Compensation Module to convert the functional requirement from Client.
- Should Identify and document gaps between requirements and delivered functionality.
- Able to perform Unit test all functionality/Technical including staging test scenarios.
- Support clients with the execution of test scripts and resolve Issues raised in various implementation phase.
- Should provide functional guidance to technical team.
- Develop end-user documentation and training materials for client users and administrators for use and maintenance for the Fusion HCM Solutions.
- Should be able to conduct working sessions, End user training sessions.
- Should be good enough to come up with various impact assessment and workaround for critical product issues in case the fix is delayed from oracle
- Should have extensive experience in working with Oracle support on reporting and resolving product issues, helping customer to come out of impact

**Skill -**
- Ability to configure Workforce Compensation Plan and Individual Compensation Plan
- Ability to configure Salary basis and Salary Components based on the requirement.
- Good understanding on the dynamic calculations used with Compensation Plan.
- Understanding of the different compensation Process in any organization
- Understanding of integration points between Payroll, Performance Management, Core HR
- Hands on experience in writing fast formulas, especially Compensation is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Administrative reports within any compensation Cycle.
- Strong functional troubleshooting skills in workforce Compensation.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task on assignments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA
- Prior experience with functional Oracle HCM implementation and participation in 2 or more Compensation Go-live.
