**Job Summary**:
The Field and Marketing Executive is responsible for implementing marketing strategies, promoting products or services, and building relationships with customers in targeted geographic areas. This role involves a combination of marketing planning, fieldwork, and customer engagement to achieve business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Marketing Strategy Implementation**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans tailored to specific regions or territories.
- Implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives in the field to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- **Fieldwork and Customer Engagement**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Travel to designated areas to meet with clients, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to promote products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between the company and its clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Sales Support**:
- Provide sales support by assisting in the development of sales collateral, product literature, and marketing materials.
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate activities, follow up on leads, and track sales performance in assigned territories.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Collect and analyze data related to marketing activities, sales performance, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key insights, findings, and recommendations to management.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or field operations, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Ability to lift and transport marketing materials and equipment as needed.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and online advertising is a plus.
