Newtons Computer Classes, a reputed computer training institute in Gorakhpur, is hiring **Marketing Field Executives** to promote and generate admissions for various computer courses including **DCA, ADCA, O-Level, Tally**, and more. This is a **performance-based role** with attractive commission benefits. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can work independently and bring students to our institute through field marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote computer courses offered by the institute through field visits and local outreach.
- Approach schools, colleges, coaching centers, and local markets to generate leads.
- Convince potential students or their guardians about the benefits of computer education.
- Handle the entire admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain records of daily fieldwork and lead conversion.

**Compensation**:

- **Commission-Based Pay Structure**
- You will earn **30% of the course fee** for each confirmed admission.
- No fixed salary. Income depends on your performance.
- Full payment will be made after successful admission and fee deposit by the student.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Must have a basic understanding of computer education and its importance.
- Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented.
- Experience in field marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
