**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist customers with general inquiries about vehicles, services, and promotions.
- Process customer paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with sales staff to ensure smooth customer interactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Stay updated on current inventory and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication in Hindi, Bengali and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and professional demeanor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
