Customer interaction and sales

  • Greet and assist customers: Welcome potential buyers as they enter the showroom and provide a high level of service.
  • Assess needs: Understand and identify customer requirements, budget, and preferences to recommend the right vehicle.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles: Explain the features and benefits of different car models and conduct test drives.
  • Negotiate and close deals: Negotiate prices and financing options, and guide customers through the final transaction process.
  • Build relationships: Follow up with customers to foster relationships and secure future sales.

Sales management and support

  • Achieve sales targets: Work to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Handle paperwork: Prepare and process all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales and financing agreements.
  • Maintain product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current products, new models, and competitor offerings.
  • Manage leads and follow-up: Maintain a database of potential customers and follow up on leads.
  • Contribute to showroom maintenance: Help keep the showroom clean and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹24,021.90 per month
