Full Time Bachelor’s degree with 10 + years of total experience in two or more of the following IT Asset Management (Desktop/Laptop/other EUCs)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Dealing with internal stakeholders (Procurement team, SEZ/STPI team, Tax teams, Site Managers) ensuring timely demand planning, purchase orders execution and process adherence to meet tax and other legal requirements
- Must have worked with SEZ/STPI and taxation teams in their day and day out operations.

A successful IT Support Engineer II excels in a fast-paced, team environment and possesses excellent communication skills. This Role require to work with Amazon teams to provide and support the Full IT Life cycle management. You must have a high degree of technical aptitude over a large scope of Expertise in IT procurement planning, IT Spend management, Budgeting, forecasting, IT Projections, IT Costing, IT asset management/Inventory Management, procure to pay, Contract Management, Vendor Management, Delivery scheduling, Project management, IT Cost Optimization, and Disposal of IT assets in SEZ/STPI and non SEZ/STPI Locations. As an IT Support Engineer II, you will use your knowledge and specialized skills to support, build, implement, and improve operation solutions. You should be able to manage large projects with mínimal guidance that affect multiple locations. You are actively expanding your scope of knowledge by learning about data structures, AWS technologies and distributed systems concepts.

Key job responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to - Plan and manage complete life cycle of IT Assets.
- Managing complete IT procurement and Forecasting based on input received from IT Site Managers, as per Agreed SLAs from IT Suppliers and considering similar other factors.
- Contributing to IT Asset budgeting based on spent and trend analysis.
- Governance and co-ordination with all stake holders wherever required for complete Procure to Pay cycle for IT Infra from PO creation, delivery coordination, GRN creation, invoice submission, payment of invoices to supplier.
- Managing SEZ/STPI, Taxation, FAR compliances, work with other stake holders for approval and movement of Hardware from one Unit to another unit, ensuring all compliance protocol followed by team.
- IT Asset Disposal Management: Timely Planning and execution of retired Assets disposal.
- Cost Optimization Initiative and Projects

REPORTING AND ANALYSIS:

- Prepare annual Spend report for IT Infra.
- Budgeting and projection analysis for IT Infra
- Requirement planning: prepare Demand VS Supply for all asset inventories.
- Delivery Schedule, Capex reporting
- FAR VS AR reporting for audit & compliance.
- Disposal/Sale data base tracking & cost comparison sheet.
- Audit the quality of work performed and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
- Be the first point of escalation for any Asset Management need, Audit etc.
- Automate manual tasks; create/improve small tools that help make team operations more efficient.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or IT related field.
- Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage high priority projects
