**Summary**:
The Front Office Supervisor will assist in managing all front desk operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and supervising the front office team. This role involves using IDS software to manage reservations, check-ins/outs, billing, and reporting while maintaining high standards of guest service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise daily front office operations, including guest check-in/out, reservations, and concierge services.
- Use IDS software to manage reservations, room allocations, billing, and reports.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to ensure professional and efficient service.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring high guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of room occupancy, guest accounts, and transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct regular evaluations.
- Assist in preparing reports on occupancy, revenue, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards.
**Employer Requirements / Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in front office operations, preferably with IDS software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in IDS software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, reservation systems, and billing procedures.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
