**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Preference will be given to Civil engineer / Diploma in Civil.
- Market Research and Marketing skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Basic knowledge of Social media.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Dealing with customers, conducting follow up business with customers and reporting to management.
- To be responsible for assisting management in implementing strategies for ready mix concrete and precast concrete block sales to grow company revenue in accordance with organizational goals and objectives.
- He will ensure a positive customer experience through the sales process, including post sale.
- Assists all customers or potential customers in a professional, courteous, reliable, attentive, honest and responsive manner.
- Assists customers with solutions to problems as related to ready mix concrete using best practices in the industry.
- Reviews the market position of competing products, services and organizations and up channels observations about their marketing and sales techniques.
- Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules and discount rates and helps develop sales campaigns.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
