Urgent Requirement for B2B Sales Executive

**About the role**:
As a Sales Representative for ConnetinBOT in the LPG Cylinders Production & Quality
Automation sector, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by
identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships
with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our innovative
automation solutions tailored for LPG cylinder production and quality control processes.
Basic Requirements:
1. Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Sales & Marketing or Equivalent experience in
business.
2. Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial
automation or manufacturing technology sector. Experience with solution-based selling and
long sales cycles is a plus.
3. Technical Aptitude: Ability to grasp technical concepts related to automation systems and
effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders. Previous experience selling
technical products or solutions is advantageous.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability
to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong presentation and negotiation
skills are essential.
5. Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and priorities, with a passion for
delivering value and exceeding customer expectations.
6. Self-Motivation: Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
and take initiative in pursuing sales opportunities.
7. Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients onsite,
attend industry events, and participate in trade shows as required.
Languages Known: English, Hindi Mandate
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
