Overview:
As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading architectural design projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with clients, project managers, and junior architects to deliver high-quality designs that meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise to a dynamic and innovative architectural studio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead architectural design projects, including conceptualization, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals, and translate them into innovative design solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and interns, fostering their professional development and growth within the firm.
- Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and site analysis to inform the design process and ensure compliance with zoning regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate their expertise into the design process and resolve design challenges.
- Prepare and present design proposals, presentations, and reports to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture, and incorporate them into the firm's design methodologies.
- Participate in business development activities, including networking, client meetings, and proposal preparation, to expand the firm's client base and project portfolio.
- Uphold the firm's reputation for excellence in design, craftsmanship, and client service through exemplary work and professionalism.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an architect in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
- Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Strong leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles, building systems, and construction techniques.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all aspects of work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client preferences.
