Jr. Architect

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and models.
- Support the development of project plans, including site analysis, zoning, and building codes.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing input on design solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project success.
- Conduct research on materials, building systems, and sustainable practices.
- Prepare and review construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and budget tracking.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in architectural design and drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio demonstrating design skills and project experience is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
- Familiarity with project management tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
