- **Design**: Create sketches, plans, and detailed drawings for new buildings, renovations, and other construction projects
- **Consultation**: Meet with clients to discuss their design requirements
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate with contractors to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
- **Project management**: Manage project teams and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
- **Documentation**: Prepare and review architectural studies, specifications, and budgets
- **Construction**: Assist in selecting architectural and engineering firms, and inspect construction sites

- **Technical**: Technical expertise and understanding of construction technologies

- **Visualization**: Ability to visualize space and understand construction technologies

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
