**Job Title**:Corporate Lawyer

**Location**: Noida, NCR (India)

**Experience**:3 - 7 Years

**Education**:BA+LLB (First division 60% throughout)

**The Opportunity**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to discuss, review and highlight key risks (legal, financial, commercial, and technical) with various stakeholders.
- Ability to balance commercial business requirements with internal control and regulatory demands.
- Legal entity establishment and maintenance of the governmental rules and regulations
- Transactional documentation (Shareholder Agreements, Fundraising, Stock Options, Commercial Contracts for both Clients and Service Providers).
- General IP and trademark work.
- Company secretarial and governance arrangements.
- Drafting of contracts/agreements with customers/vendors/inter company, employments contract, NDAs etc. & all corporate level legal documents across geographies.
- Legal Risk Management. An acumen of having an eye lens.

**Knowledge & Qualifications**:

- Law degree
- Responsibilities section (including knowledge of the law in the areas specified).
- Must have experience in building contract templates to be used globally but

with special emphasis in the SEA/MEA/US (knowledge of US and/or UK law is a plus).
- An expert in the use of Office (Excel, Word, and PPT).
