Job Description:

Were looking for a Corporate Lawyer to lead Tractor Junctions legal, compliance, and governance function. You'll work closely with leadership, investors, and partners to ensure regulatory compliance, manage contracts, and protect our fast-growing agri-tech marketplace.

What You'll Do

Draft & negotiate contracts (vendor, dealer, distribution, Banks/ NBFCs, IP, shareholders).

Ensure compliance with Indian laws DPDP Act 2023, IT Act, RBI/SEBI regulations, labor laws.

Handle litigation, arbitration, and consumer/vendor disputes with external counsel.

Safeguard IP (trademarks, digital content, licensing).

Support fundraising, due diligence, share transfer and issue agreements.

Build proactive legal risk frameworks & compliance trackers.

What Were Looking For

LLB (CS/LLM a plus) with 4–7 years' experience in corporate law/startups/fintech.

Strong expertise in contract negotiation, corporate governance & dispute resolution.

Exposure to NBFC/financial services compliance & data protection laws.

Excellent stakeholder management & problem-solving skills.

Self-starter with ability to work independently and drive projects end-to-end.
