Key responsibilities :Understand the DEPT vision, goals, and activities at the block / Cluster levelParticipate in Program planning, implementation and monitoring and review of the program activitiesCollect block/Cluster/school level data - consolidate and analyse the same using appropriate tools and techniques including technology platformsInvlove in designing the training modules regired for teachers and different level of education functionaries, such as BRP's / CRP's/ MRP's (Star teachers/RP's etc along with CWC Training teamOrganize and facilitate training session (both online and offline) to the stakeholders and teachers in each block / Cluster regularlyFacilitate the training sessions for the teachers and CRPS with the support from the training team of CWC'Bridge the knowledge gap by connecting the teachers and educator functionaries to appropriate educational resources of educational resources of educational institutions and platform across the state and centreWork with all the CRP's of block to improve the structure and process cluster academic meetings there by making the CRC'S as centre of excellence for teacher professional development in the blockPreparations of Monthly / weekly plans and reports and sharing the same with the concerned internal and external stakeholders at regular intervalsAny other responsibilities allocated by the organisation from time to time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
