**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**

4. Study each course details and remain up to date with these course offerings

Follow up the prospective enquiries and convert to registration.

9. Prepare the weekly batch schedule with help of trainers.

10. Coordinate between the student and the trainer whenever required.

11. Keeping a record while issuing courseware, student kit etc.

12. Fetch the report of the installment due from ERP and ensure timely installment collection.

13. Keep Track of student attendance; take necessary actions to ensure student regularity.

14. Will be responsible for providing quality learning experience to students. Should collect regular feedback from the students to identify the improvement areas, suggest corrective actions.

15. Should ensure the students appear for module test in the end of each module, issue course completion certificates and coordinate between the student and placement cell for placement assistance.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

1. Good Communication and excellent convincing skills, Rapport
- Building skills

2. Patience & Problem-solving skills

3. Basic computer skills

4. Minimum 1 year experience as Student counselor in Schools, Training Centres
