Required Inter CA for Real Estate | Cunningham Road

Designation : Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
Location : Cunningham Road, Bangalore
**Profile**:
Real Estate : Working experience of company / Only audit will not work.

Should know about RERA Accounts : Registration, Accounting, Etc.

JDA : Joint Development Agreement working knowledge (Preferable).

Good Understanding of compliances under various laws (Income Tax, GST, Etc.)

Proficient in Accounts : 1) Clarity of accounting principles.
2) Practical Exposer in all accounting area i.e.
a) Accounts Receivable / Payable
b) Provision & Accrual Entries
c) Bank Reconciliation.
d) Ledger Scrutiny & Finalization.

Financial Analyst : IRR, NPV, NAV, Capital Budgeting, Project Evaluation (Understanding).

Stake Holders Management: Internal & Statutory Auditors, Senior Management, Consultant & Other Authorities

SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) : Development & Implementation.

Team Management: 2 Team Members (Executive / Assistant).

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:
