Manager Finance & Accounts, CA (REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE)

Base Location: Head Office at MG Road, Bangalore
10-12 years experience and a minimum 3 to 5 YRs

**Experience in a similar role preferably in a real estate firm. He should have a strong leadership and team management skills. He should possess excellent in communication and presentation abilities along with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.**

Role & responsibilities:
*Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
*Taxation: Manage both direct and indirect taxation, including income tax, property tax, and Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
Develop tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position.
*Internal Audits:
Plan and execute internal audits to assess the company's financial controls and processes.
Identify weaknesses or inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Ensure that all financial transactions are in compliance with internal policies and external
regulations.

*Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial analysis to support decision making and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
Provide regular financial performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

*Cash Management:
Manage cash flow, including working capital, investments, and debt management.
Implement cash management strategies to optimize liquidity.

*Risk Management:
Identify and assess financial risks, develop risk management strategies, and ensure the
organization's financial stability.

*Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and organizational goals. Compliance.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as necessary.

*Financial Systems and Technology:
Oversee financial systems, accounting software, and technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

- Finalization of books of accounts**:

- Income tax : computation of advance tax, SA tax & return filling**:

- Banking compliance**:

- Any other statutory compliances**:

- MIS reporting to Management.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
