**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic **Sales Executive** with 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales and revenue generation to join our expanding team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing organization with a market-leading product suite.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

B2B Sales**: Generate new business by identifying and approaching potential clients in the enterprise and SMB space.
- ** Client Engagement**: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings to convert leads into customers.
- ** Sales Pipeline Management**: Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking of sales activities.
- ** Revenue Generation**: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective relationship management and sales techniques.
- ** Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client retention.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

Experience**: 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology products.
- ** Sales Skills**: Strong understanding of the sales process, with excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- ** Target-Driven**: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- ** Relationship Building**: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- ** Tech-Savvy**: Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, IVR systems, and telephony products is a plus.
- ** Educational Qualification**: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
