- Responsibilities_
- _Talent retention and leadership pipeline._
- _Perform end-to-end month-end close activities with mínimal supervision._
- _Prepare and analyze financial reports and variance analyses._
- _Review reconciliations and resolve discrepancies._
- _Act as point of contact for specific entities/regions._
- _Support audits by providing schedules and documentation._
- _Mentor and guide Analysts on day-to-day queries._
- _Identify process gaps and propose improvements._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance/Accounting._
- _Professional qualification (CA/CPA/CIMA - partly or fully qualified preferred)._
- _Relevant years RTR/GL experience._
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Advanced MS Excel and ERP expertise._
- _Strong technical accounting knowledge._
- _Effective communication and stakeholder management._
