- We're looking for Record to Report Professional, having technical depth in accounting functions, financial statements_
- Responsibilities_
- In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities._
- _Should have sound Record to Report knowledge_
- _Work Independently or take minimum support on reporting activities_
- _Experience in ERP is a requirement (SAP desirable)_
- _Prepare & Review of Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliations_
- _Good Interpersonal Skills_
- _Able to handle all R2R quires with minimum support_
- _Perform month end accounting, preparation and posting of journals into GL_
- _Perform variance analysis, write commentaries on actuals vs forecast / budgets to identify the key drivers and help the business to make decisions_
- _Critical support for analysis and decision making by providing consolidated snapshot post month end close as per the requirement_
- _Work constantly with the onshore team to resolve any highlighted issues along with owning control_
- _Ability to identify and report variances between Actuals and Forecast/Budget_
- _Performing deliverables aligned on forecast reporting._
- _Explaining the causes of different cost heads of the various functions and assisting in communicating these to the Onshore partners._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _B.Com Graduate_
- _Excellent Reconciliation, Accounting & Reporting experience_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Chartered Accountants(CAs) will be more preferred_
- _MS Excel & SAP knowledge is helpful_
- _Client handling experience_
