- In this role, The Assistant Manager oversees RTR delivery for assigned entities/regions. Ensures compliance, drives efficiencies, manages a team, and partners with other finance and business functions._
- Responsibilities_
- _Talent retention and leadership pipeline._
- _Preparation and Manage team’s execution of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting._
- _Review and approve financial statements for accuracy._
- _Ensure compliance with SOX/internal controls and accounting standards._
- _Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and auditors._
- _Lead month-end close governance meetings._
- _Drive automation and standardization initiatives._
- _Develop team capabilities and succession planning._
- _SLA/KPI adherence for RTR delivery._
- _Team engagement and performance._
- _Successful audits with mínimal findings_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Chartered Accountant/CPA/MBA Finance._
- _Relevant years RTR/Controllership experience, with people management._
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Leadership and people development._
- _Strong accounting and compliance knowledge._
- _Process re-engineering and automation exposure._
- _Ability to manage multiple priorities._
