SkilliZee is India’s 1st Harvard-style experiential learning program, bringing real-world meta-skills to school campuses through offline and online sessions powered by Harvard case studies, mock shark tanks, and think tanks and interactive gamified learning. Our programs are crafted to empower students from Grades 4-12 with 21st-century skills in a way that’s engaging, future-forward, and rooted in real-life challenges.

**Role Summary**:
The Marketing Communications Associate at SkilliZee will play a critical role in building the brand, creating buzz in partnered schools, bringing our highlights to life, and owning end-to-end communication campaigns. You’ll be at the forefront of strategic storytelling, community engagement, and collaboration-building, with a direct impact on both lead generation and brand equity.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Brand Promotion in Partnered Schools**
Drive engaging, student-centered campaigns in partner schools to build pride, excitement, and visibility for SkilliZee.
**2.** **SkilliZee Highlights & Storytelling**
Identify and showcase wins, milestones, and moments through compelling content that builds trust and supports lead generation.
**3. Community Building**
Foster a strong student-school-SkilliZee community through clubs, shoutouts, newsletters, and engaging initiatives.
**4. Sales-Driven Collaborations**
Create content and narratives for collaborations that enable online sales and drive brand growth.
**5. Campaign Management**
Own end-to-end campaign execution—ideation, content, coordination, and performance tracking.
**6. Event Management & PR**
Plan and execute brand-building events and media collaborations that enhance SkilliZee’s presence and generate leads.
**7. Messaging & Content Development**
Write impactful copy for brochures, decks, videos, blogs, and founder voice pieces with a consistent brand tone.
**8. Founder Branding & Social Media Guidance**
Support Aarna Ma’am’s personal brand with stories and scripts; guide the social media team on voice and storytelling.
**9. Marketing Collateral Management**
Convert ideas into design briefs and ensure high-quality visual outputs aligned with campaign goals.

**Required Skills & Experience**:
**1. Essentials**:

- 2-3 years of experience in marketing communication, content strategy, campaign execution, or public relations.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus).
- Proven ability to craft brand messaging that drives both engagement and conversion.
- Event coordination and campaign planning experience.
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and strong in execution.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced education startup environment.
- Ability to translate brand strategy into actionable campaigns and narratives.

**2. Preferred / Bonus Skills**:

- Experience writing for an educational audience—especially K12 schools, students, and parents.
- Background in journalism, PR, content marketing, or education brands.
- Understanding of what excites principals, school leaders, and students in progressive institutions.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, Notion, and marketing platforms like Mailchimp or ConvertKit.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
