**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads).
- Support offline marketing initiatives (events, exhibitions, promotional materials).
- Generate and manage **qualified leads** from multiple marketing channels.
- Coordinate with sales team to track campaign performance and lead conversions.
- Prepare **marketing collaterals** - brochures, flyers, presentations, and WhatsApp creatives.
- Manage company’s social media presence and engage with prospects.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Contribute to content creation (blogs, social posts, newsletters).
- Maintain and update marketing trackers, reports, and CRM data.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Marketing / Business Administration or related field.
- **6 months - 1 year of prior experience in marketing** (digital + offline).
- Basic knowledge of **social media tools, Canva, MS Office, Google Sheets**.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Interest in **renewable energy / solar sector** will be preferred.
