**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure, monitor, and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues promptly.
- Ensure robust network security by implementing best practices and monitoring potential vulnerabilities.
- Install, maintain, and optimize hardware systems, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
- Monitor network performance and execute strategies for optimization and scalability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, processes, and changes.
- Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement improvements in the IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- CCNA certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration, networking, or related roles.
- Proficient in configuring and managing network devices, including troubleshooting network issues.
- Solid understanding of network security protocols and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in hardware installation, maintenance, and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of additional network certifications or advanced networking tools.
- Experience in working with cloud networking environments.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) processes.
