**Job Summary**:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry professional with strong core technical skills to join and add value to a dedicated and friendly team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about servers, networks, and system management.

He will check and respond to IT support tickets and troubleshoot user issues. He will assist with server maintenance, updates, and backups. He will monitor network performance and will ensure security protocols are followed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve user issues with hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance and security.
- Do Research and Development about new technologies.
- Provide support for desktop and server systems.
- Assist with network management and troubleshooting.
- Help maintain IT infrastructure and ensure system security.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with command-line tools and scripting.
- Understanding of networking principles.
- Basic knowledge of cyber security practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Communication skills.
