**Responsibilities**:
1. **Prospective Student Guidance**:

- Communicate effectively with prospective students and their parents, providing detailed information about the educational programs offered by YS Group.
- Conduct informative and engaging presentations to showcase the school's strengths and unique offerings.

2. **Admission Process Management**:

- Guide students and parents through the admission process, explaining requirements, timelines, and necessary documentation.
- Coordinate and facilitate admission tests, interviews, and other assessment processes.

3. **Application Review and Evaluation**:

- Collaborate with the admissions team to make informed decisions regarding student admissions.

4. **Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate positive relationships with parents, students, and external partners, fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
- Attend school events and functions to connect with the community and address admission-related queries.

5. **Data Management**:

- Generate reports to track and analyze admission trends and outcomes.

6. **Orientation and Transition Support**:

- Assist admitted students in the transition process, providing information on orientation programs, academic requirements, and other relevant details.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students.

7. **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about educational trends, competitor offerings, and changes in admission requirements.
- Contribute insights to improve the school's competitive positioning in the education sector.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Proven experience in admission counseling or a related role in an educational institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with educational systems and admission processes.
