**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **counseling sessions with parents and students**, understanding their requirements and addressing their queries.
- Organize and participate in **campus tours, open houses, admission drives, and promotional events**.
- Maintain and update the **admissions database, leads tracker, and follow-up schedules** to ensure timely conversions.
- Collaborate with the **marketing and academic teams** to highlight YS Group’s differentiators.
- Provide **weekly/monthly admission reports** to management.
- Assist in creating and maintaining admission materials (brochures, presentations, FAQs).
- Ensure the **admission process is seamless** - from inquiry to enrollment - and maintain strong parent engagement throughout.
- Stay updated on **competitive school offerings** and share insights with management for strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Education, Business, or Communication).
- Prior experience in **admissions, counseling, or customer relations** (preferably in an educational institution).
- Strong **communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms**.
- Ability to **handle pressure, multitask, and meet admission targets**.
- A **student-first approach** with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
