Admission Counselor Location YS Group of Institutions Barnala About YS Group YS Group is a leading educational institution with a long-standing reputation for academic excellence and holistic student development Recognized among the Top 50 Schools in India YS has consistently delivered high-quality education and world-class learning experiences We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admission Counselor to join our team The ideal candidate will be the face of YS for prospective parents and students guiding them through the admission process and ensuring a smooth supportive and professional experience Key Responsibilities Handle admission inquiries walk-ins calls emails and online leads and provide accurate information about programs curriculum facilities and unique offerings of YS Group Conduct counseling sessions with parents and students understanding their requirements and addressing their queries Organize and participate in campus tours open houses admission drives and promotional events Maintain and update the admissions database leads tracker and follow-up schedules to ensure timely conversions Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to highlight YS Group s differentiators Provide weekly monthly admission reports to management Assist in creating and maintaining admission materials brochures presentations FAQs Ensure the admission process is seamless - from inquiry to enrollment - and maintain strong parent engagement throughout Stay updated on competitive school offerings and share insights with management for strategic decision-making Qualifications Skills Graduate in any discipline preferably in Education Business or Communication Prior experience in admissions counseling or customer relations preferably in an educational institution Strong communication interpersonal and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and digital communication platforms Ability to handle pressure multitask and meet admission targets A student-first approach with patience empathy and professionalism Perks Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with one of India s top-ranked educational groups Professional development and growth opportunities Free accommodation for single female candidates if applicable Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Ability to commute relocate Barnala - 148101 Punjab Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience total work 3 years Required Work Location In person
