**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**

**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Plant Head

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team and contribute to achieving sales targets by managing customer orders, coordinating with production and logistics, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. This role is critical in bridging customer requirements with internal processes in a manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**:

- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
- Track order status and update customers regularly.
- **Customer Service**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries related to orders, delivery timelines, and product availability.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and address any issues promptly.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Liaise with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Manage shipping documentation and delivery schedules.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with production, quality control, and supply chain departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with finance for invoicing and payment follow-up.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- 5-8 years of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
