Responsibilities for Receptionist
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Maintain cleanliness at the reception and all common areas, at all times.
- Capability to Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including, copy machine, and a computer
- Keep detailed and accurate records of meetings scheduled, calls received.
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain list of existing inventory and supplies as well as items which need to be restocked as and when required.
- Maintain the general office filing system
Qualifications for Receptionist
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in an office environment
- Good Communication Skills and fluent English-speaking skills.
- Comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
