**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle walk-ins, telephonic and online inquiries effectively
- Counsel prospective students and parents about various creative career programs
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
- Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into admissions
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions
- Coordinate with academic team for smooth onboarding

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions counselling or education sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak in English and Kannada fluently
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated and a good team player
- Experience working with CRM systems will be an added advantage
