JOB REQUIREMENTS

**Job Title**:Admission/Academic Counselor

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential students, providing them with information on programs we offer.
- Qualify leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Handling large number of calls per day(100+) and meet weekly/ monthly targets.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in school/college/universities admissions preferred.
- Experience of telecalling,in EdTech preferred.
- Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and people reading skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Outstanding persuasion skills to resolve issues of students

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Graduate/Post Graduate from any discipline

Excellent written and oral communication
