**Job Overview**

We are seeking an organized and proactive **Project Coordinator** to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure that project milestones are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist project managers in planning and scheduling IT projects, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across technical and business teams.
- Track project progress, monitor deadlines, and escalate potential risks or delays.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- Support software implementation, training, and induction activities when required.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and cross-functional teams for timely delivery of tasks.
- Assist in monitoring budgets, resource allocation, and project expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Provide administrative support for project governance, audits, and reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a **Project Coordinator or Project Management Officer (PMO)** in IT projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, software development life cycle (SDLC), and implementation processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
