Coordinating Construction Projects on Cost, Time and quality basis.

Preparation of weekly bills.

Preparation of BOQ and Estimates.

Coordination with Architect, Structural consultants and other Project personals.

Preparation and tracking of Project base schedule.

Study the architectural/ structural/plumbing /electrical drawings in depth and arrange meeting with concerned project PM & site staff, Mgr (QC) & MEP and recommend modifications/alterations to have monetary savings & ease of execution

Prepare 6 monthly/ monthly/weekly cash flow, budgetdeviation report, work schedule, monthly planning report, monthly work done statement, monthly material requirement, work orders etc, approve store intents prepared by site in charge as per estimate etc for the projects entrusted.

Follow up with architect, consultants etc & get working drawings for execution, duly stamped GFCand keep record of drawings issued.

Check all drawings kept at site are current and stamped GFC. Remove or cancel all obsolete and revised drawings.

Monitor work schedule, arrange monthly meeting with architect, consultants & sub contractors & suggest modifications in specifications & drawings, if any.

Verify contractors/sub-contractors bills and recommend for payment.

Verify monthly reconciliation statement of materials used with respect material consumption constants asper technical specification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
