A surveillance operator is responsible for actively monitoring and observing various environments using surveillance equipment like CCTV cameras, identifying and reporting suspicious activities, maintaining detailed logs of incidents, and coordinating with security personnel to ensure safety and security of a premises, often requiring keen attention to detail and the ability to remain focused for extended periods.
- **Operating surveillance systems**:Monitoring multiple CCTV cameras simultaneously, adjusting camera angles as needed, and ensuring proper functionality of surveillance equipment.
- **Identifying suspicious activity**:Observing and reporting unusual behavior, potential security breaches, or violations of company policies.
- **Incident reporting**:Documenting suspicious activities with detailed descriptions, timestamps, and relevant camera footage.
- **Communication with security teams**:Alerting security personnel or law enforcement about potential threats or incidents requiring immediate attention.
- **Log maintenance**:Keeping accurate records of all surveillance activities, including notable events and suspicious behavior.
- **Investigative support**:Reviewing recorded footage to assist in investigations of incidents or suspicious activity.
- **Compliance with regulations**:Adhering to all legal requirements and company policies related to surveillance practices.
- **System maintenance**:Monitoring system performance, reporting any malfunctions or technical issues with surveillance equipment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
