Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Manage incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately and taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries promptly and efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill visitor and employee requests promptly.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Uphold security procedures by monitoring access control and issuing visitor badges as required.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other basic office equipment.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while also being a team player.
- Customer-focused mindset, with a genuine desire to assist others.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential, with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Familiarity with basic security procedures and protocols is preferred.
- Prior experience in the fintech industry or a similar fast-paced environment is advantageous.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
