**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outreach & Relationship Building**:

- Identify and approach colleges, universities, and training institutes for partnerships.
- Initiate and maintain strong relationships with TPOs, Deans, and Placement Coordinators.
- **MoU & Collaboration Management**:

- Pitch FundsAudit internship programs and long-term collaborations to colleges.
- Facilitate the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with partner colleges.
- Ensure timely coordination for events, drives, and seminars.
- **Representation & Promotion**:

- Represent FundsAudit at college seminars, job fairs, pre-placement talks, and workshops.
- Promote the FundsAudit internship and training modules effectively on campus.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain records of all communications and collaborations.
- Submit weekly reports on outreach progress and relationship status.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Confidence in approaching new institutions and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and travel to colleges when required

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in college outreach, HR, business development, or marketing is a plus
- Familiarity with educational sector operations is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
