- Public Relation and Communication (Sr. Executive)**

**Responsibilities**
- Media Relations:

- Drafting and distributing press releases, media pitches, and press inquiries
- Coordinating interviews with hospital leadership and medical experts for media outlets
- Managing crisis communication in case of negative incidents or emergencies
- Internal Communications:

- Creating and distributing internal newsletters, staff updates, and important announcements
- Managing employee communication channels to maintain morale and engagement
- Community Outreach:

- Planning and executing community health events and awareness campaigns
- Building relationships with local community organizations and leaders
- Developing educational materials for the public on health topics
- Digital Communication:

- Managing the hospital's website and social media platforms
- Creating engaging content to promote hospital services and initiatives

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations
- Media relations experience and established contacts
- Digital marketing and social media proficiency
- Crisis communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

**Preferred Profile -**

BA/ MA/ Master in Mass Communication/ Journalism /Media,

4 + years relevant experience is must
