**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service & Hospitality**:

- Welcome and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Present menus and provide information about the pan-Asian offerings, including detailed knowledge of ingredients and preparation styles.
- Answer questions related to the menu, daily specials, and accommodate guests with dietary preferences or food allergies.
- Provide recommendations for food and beverage pairings based on guest preferences.
- **Order Taking & Coordination**:

- Take and confirm orders accurately, ensuring any special requests or modifications are properly noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, maintaining attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- **Table Management & Cleanliness**:

- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses, ensuring everything is clean and presentable.
- Monitor table needs and promptly clear away empty plates, glasses, and other items as required.
- Reset tables quickly and efficiently for the next guests.
- **Restaurant Maintenance**:

- Maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area and service stations throughout the shift.
- Ensure proper stocking of supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils.
- Assist with restocking bar items and beverages when needed.
- **Team Support & Cooperation**:

- Assist fellow team members in service as required to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Work collaboratively with chefs, kitchen staff, and management to resolve any service issues.
- Participate in pre-service briefings, training, and team meetings to stay updated on restaurant offerings and policies.
- **Customer Experience & Feedback**:

- Build rapport with guests to enhance their dining experience and encourage repeat visits.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Seek feedback from guests and share it with the team to improve service quality.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a pan-Asian or fine-dining setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic knowledge of Asian cuisine and beverages is a plus.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
