Opening for: Recruitment Executive

Employment: Full Time

Experience : 6 months to 3 years into Recruitment

**Responsibilities**:
Undertaking end to end recruitment activities with focus on direct sourcing.

Hands on Recruiting/Sourcing / Screening / vendor management experience.

Managing End to End Recruiting Process

Understanding the recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that account KPIs are met.

Communicating recruitment trends, market intelligence, and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.

Identifying and escalating risk or compliance issues.

Managing requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment related data and information as per current recruitment legislation and agreed client process at all times.

Monitoring and analyzing recruitment activity of designated business area for accurate volume forecasting.

A graduate with a good command over the English language is must.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai - 400053, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
