We are looking for an Executive
- Duties & Responsibilities- Conduct interviews, follow-up references and check credits
- Work with staffing agencies to identify new talent
- Review and analyse resumes using our in-house ATS software program
- Interview potential staff members using industry-standard techniques
- Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
- Define job description and document specifications
- Experience- Proven working experience in recruiting
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
- Skills & Abilities- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Negotiation
- Time management- Qualification: Graduate / Post graduate-
- Location: Mumbai
